Low brass (80% copper and 20% zinc) is the most common brass alloy used in wire and wire mesh producing. Red brass (85% copper and 15% zinc) is also widely used in wire mesh producing. Both low brass and red brass, have better properties of anti-corrosion, abrasion resistance, and lower electrical conductivity, compared with pure copper in clod weather condition. Phosphor bronze is alloy of copper, tin and phosphor. Phosphor bronze is also with good property of anti-corrosion, formability, and suitable for weaving. Mechanical properties of phosphor bronze fall in between copper and low brass. Regarding brass wire mesh, we can offer the range of mesh size below 200mesh per inch, and phosphor bronze mesh, we can offer the range of mesh size below 400 mesh per inch.
