Production process: material (flat steel and rod steel)-welding-cutting-end plate welding-hot dipped galvanizing or lacquering-packing.

1. The grating with bearing bar distance of 30mm, is the most widely used type in industrial field. Among normal grating types, this type is the strongest against surface impact force.

2.       The grating with bearing bar distance of 30mm, and cross bar distance of 76mm, is the most popular type in the market. This type is suitable for many applications, such as walkways, platforms, etc.

3.       The grating with bearing bar distance of 40mm, is the most economical and lightest type. It is good choice if the span is small. 

4.       The grating with bearing bar distance of 60mm, and cross bar distance of 50mm, is specially for mining industry. This type of grating can avoid the problem of mineral splash on the plate.
